Ricardo Betti is one of the pioneers in MBA counseling in Brazil. Already in 1987, when I did my "applications" for the MBA, he guided me and eight other colleagues from the same company. As a result, all of us got into top ten schools of the USA: Stanford, MIT, Wharton, Chicago, etc. I have been following the MBA's work ever since, through people nominated by either me or the company that I was director of for many years.
