MBA Empresarial/Ricardo Betti was fundamental in the process of guiding the best way to translate my experience to the demands/questions of each school’s essays. In addition, the support in choosing which programs best fit my profile and the strategy of applying on the first deadlines were fundamental to my acceptance into the MBA at Harvard.

I really enjoyed interacting with Ricardo Betti during the application process. It was crucial for me to better understand the differences between schools and to be more sure of the choice. In addition, as MBA Empresarial has a great history in the market, they put me in contact with alumni of the schools to be able to interact directly with them. Doing an MBA and the choosing of the school are two big decisions, it is worth talking to those who have experience on it, because of this I recommend MBA Empresarial.

I will always be very grateful to the business MBA, and especially to Professor Ricardo Betti, for the extraordinary work done during my candidatures to the best business schools in the world. I remember that in my first conversation with Ricardo it was clear the great challenge that we would have ahead of us. I practically did not speak any English, did not have an immaculate school record, and already had more professional experience than was recommended by the schools themselves. MBA Empresarial accepted the challenge and the outcome of the program developed by them could not have been better. At the end of the preparation I attained 720 points in the GMAT and an offer from the London Business School, among others.

Those who have studied at one of the best universities and business schools in the world have surely heard several times: "those were the best two years of my life" or "one of my MBA colleagues was appointed CEO"! Because of this I'm not surprised with the fact that my best friends have studied with me at Wharton and that Sundar Pichai, Wharton Grad 2002, has been named CEO of Google. Whether from personal experience or professional perspective, one of the critical factors to be accepted into a top school is self-knowledge to know "what matters most to you, and why?" (Classic Stanford question)! And it was precisely in this aspect that MBA Empresarial made all the difference for me. Ricardo Betti, the best MBA coach in my opinion, made me know myself more as a human being, be proud of my achievements, and know what made me the most difference as a candidate. Coaching is not telling you what you should write in applications, but rather, asking the questions and reflections that lead the candidate to make the decisions and the most appropriate choices. I was very happy and proud when I saw that Ricardo wrote a chapter in the book "Vale a Pena" telling my story. I have no doubt that this story would have been different had it not been for MBA Empresarial. After years of financial market experience with treasury, asset management, investor relations and equity research, I am currently working with HR talent from a large bank, and my tip for anyone who wants to pursue their MBA in one of the world's top business schools is to count on the support of MBA Empresarial!

MBA Empresarial was part of 2 special moments in my career. The first one was the acceptance into MIT. When I arrived at MBA Empresarial, I had so many doubts about what to do and how to do that I did not know where to start ... Ricardo Betti, with his knowledge and guidance, was essential to get me on the right (and more efficient) path that resulted in acceptance - one of the moments I remember most fondly in my career! The other moment was the time I worked as an Associate in MBA Empresarial itself, in MBA Counseling. It was 2 years of great learning, and I especially remember the very friendly environment of the company, with people who are willing, with initiative, acting in a collaborative environment. Without a doubt an enriching period from a professional and personal point of view.

MBA Empresarial helped me a lot in the application process for my MBA. The role of counseling was fundamental so that I could know how to best expose my strengths and discover my differentials in things I would not have seen by myself. The role of the MBA was fundamental in my admission and they have always been there for me even after we have finished this process. I felt in them the perfect balance between professionalism and at the same time the proximity necessary to assist me in this.
